Eve graduated from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas in may 2003. In November 2003, Eve became a licensed attorney in Texas. In July 2004, while still a prosecutor, Eve was admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Always reaching for the next level, Eve was sworn into the United States District Court Western District of Texas in January 2007. In the spring of 2014, Eve was admitted to practice in the United States District Court Northern District of Texas. That same year, Eve was admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court Western District of Texas.
